This website is run by Accelerated Media UK Limited, trading as Accelerate Media ("we", "us"). We are responsible for your personal information under UK data protection law.

When you fill in our enquiry form we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number if you give it, the services you're interested in, your rough budget if you give it and your message.

If you email or call us, we keep a record of what you send us and our reply.

Our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. This is used to keep the site secure and working properly.

We use your enquiry details to reply to you, understand what you need and send you a plan or quote you've asked for.

We do this because it's in our legitimate interest to respond to people who contact us, and because it's a step you've asked us to take before we might work together.

We won't add you to a mailing list or send you marketing unless you ask us to. We never sell your information.

We use a small number of trusted companies to run this website and deliver enquiries to our inbox. They only handle your information on our instructions:

Netlify, which hosts this website. Resend, which sends enquiry form messages to our inbox. Cloudflare, which gives us anonymous visitor statistics.

Some of these companies store information outside the UK, including in the United States. Where that happens, they use safeguards approved under UK law to protect it.

We may also share information if the law requires us to.

If you get in touch but we don't end up working together, we keep your enquiry for up to 24 months and then delete it.

If you become a client, we keep your information for as long as we work together and then for up to six years, which is how long we need to keep business and accounting records.

This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising, and nothing on it follows you around the web.

To understand how the site is used, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It counts visits and shows us things like which pages are popular, which website sent you and roughly which country you're in. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't store anything on your device and doesn't identify you personally.

If that changes, we'll update this policy and ask for your permission first where the law requires it.

You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to how we use it or ask us to limit it, and to ask us to send it to you or someone else in a common format.

To do any of these, email info@accelerate-media.co.uk. We'll reply within one month and there's no charge.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
